Will the Leafs ever win the cup??
I think now with Burky behind them, next 5-10 yrs will do it.
Man, I hope so. The now-not-so-new 30-team league has made it that much harder to tell what can happen. Toronto's biggest advantage pre-lockout was their revenue and the chances (squandered?) to pick up whatever they wanted. Maybe getting out of all the ingrained ideas of what the Leafs were and truly starting from scratch will actually help this iconic club...for years the organisation has avoided such changes like the plague; we are now in the era of rebuilding where we may actually get to see the outcome, and see whether or not the old guard was right.
well with Brian Burke rebuilding the leafs I would say within 10 years they are atleast contenders for the cup. I think that is awesome because it is a team with so much history and it would be bad if it ends in the bottom every year.

I really don't like the leafs.
Everybody around here is a leaf fan, and all day long it's like "Leafs are gonna do it this year" Meanwhile it's 40 someodd years later and...!!!
