feedback needed on shoutbox

Let me know what you think of the position of the shoutbox. Is it taking too much space on the top of the page? Do you like it? Do you think it has to be only seen by my members?
Do you think it has to be see only when you click on the shoutbox link?

No, it's perfect, and as other members say, If the shoutbox wasn't there, I would probably forgot to llok at it!
