junior A? junior A tier 3?

We have a junior A tier 3 team here. Now in their 3rd year in the league. (WSHL- Western States Hockey League)They were a junior B team the first two years and now the league changed from junior B to junior A tier 3. I have a question. Does anyone know the difference between junior A hockey and junior A tier 3?
