Murray admits Redden nixed trade

Looks like this deal was much closer than most people thought.

As much as I would love to see Marleu in Ottawa, Murray has said that he is not shopping Redden and he will assist the Senators in their 2007-08 Stanley Cup Victor... run, Stanley cup run. (Don't wanna tell you whats gonna happen, might ruin all the fun)

I think that Marleu might just stay in SJ for the remainder of the year and then afterwards, him and the sharks will try to get a deal done.

There was a press release days ago about Patty and the Sharks currently working on an extension.
