more bad news for the blackhawks

http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=181...ubname=nhl

just days after martin havlat injured his ankle, word out of chi-town is that nikolai khabibulin will miss at least a week with a broken finger and michal handzus will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL. tough break for hanzus and a team that surprised many with their great play out of the gate.

RE: more bad news for the blackhawks

I am very surprised. Hopefully this won't change anything, or very much. Let's just hope the Blackhawks can keep up the way they are going.

The hawks were playing pretty well lately. It would be nice if the Canucks beat them before the stars come back into the line up

RE: more bad news for the blackhawks

The Blackhawks now believe it is unlikely that Michal Handzus (torn ACL) will play again this season and are working to re-sign him for 2007-08. Handzus will be an unrestricted free agent.
