I added today advanced stats on the bottom of the page. You can see the top posters, the most popular threads, the last newest QNHLers, and the Highest Reputated Members. I think it's good to have more stats about the forums.

To give a reputation to a member, for those who don't know, you click on the + (for positive reputation) and - (for negative reputation). You should be objective with reputations, and give good reputation to people who make a really good posts or help you find a request or something that is worth it. I hope you don't feel like giving negative reputations, but it is usually for those who try to influence in a negative way the forums. I don't think we have any of them Wink

It should appear in the UserCP, if any exists.
But you can have a feeling quickly:
-green: some positive reputations
-grey: no reputation
-red: some negative reputations
