It is too bad that this has happened to Brind'Amour. It will be tough for him to come back from this injury at this point in his career. I hope he can return and leave the NHL on his own terms. For the Flyers all-time leader in consecutive games played I would hate to see him finished by an injury.

That sucks for Carolina. He's been one of their top players this season and I think he leads the team in points. This will definitely hurt them in trying to win the division and during the playoffs.
