Hi QNHLers,

Lately, I have been asked to open a section for each team. I decided to wait until the end of the season. Now, I think it's time to open that section. What I am planning to have is 1 big section called "Team section", that has 6 sections for each specific conference, and each conference has 5 subforums for each team. I am also thinking of having two versions of the Canadiens forum (one french, one english) to make our forums accessible to french fans.

This way, fans will talk about their teams in more details in these sections, and leave the general discussion for the general forums.

Any suggestions before finalizing the forums?

sounds like a fantastic idea, it will help keep the forums organized, and easy to find all info aimed at 1 specific team.

I don't think you need to open two section for the Montreal Canadiens. Even though I'm french-canadian, I enjoy reading and writing in english, and this way, I'm becoming way better in english. Moreover, I think french spoker, as me, would be too tempt to only write in this section , and not post all around the board.

I think this site should remain only english, but maybe I'm the olny tihnking this. How about some feedback from other Quebecers!

Im all for it GSA. That would be a perfect setup with the Subforums. If they were all their own boards then it would take up alot of space on the main page.

Very Nice! And I particularily like the french idea! Other things are great too!

I am sorry but I don't like the idea of splitting the forum up in differant languages.

There doesn't seem to be enough traffic around here to support all the new sub-forums though.
