Hey guys! I would like to hear again your feedback and suggestions. Now that I have more free time I would like to make some modifications/improvements.

So feel free to put your ideas here!

Our community has been growing day after day, and it's mainly due to feedback that you guys provide.

The contest is going well (we already have a first winner), and we should think of ways to attract new members, advertize more the forums, and things like that.

Help us make qnhl.com an even better place.

I have a few suggestions...
1. this one is a little extravagant but.. after they win their first t-shirt/ hat they have the option to go for $10000 to get a NHL Team Jersey

2. Its grown alot so by next NHL season I think you should make the Induvidul divison team catergories.

3. Make the food section into a sub fourn

Yes, Personnaly, I think that this forum is perfect!
But, Just make, may be more sub forum because there's many subjects at the same place...

I know it's kind of far off but next season when fantasy hockey rolls around, maybe we could have a QNHL league.

Or possibly, if we can scrounge up enough interested people, have a video game league through NHL 2k6(7) and/or NHL 2006(7).

Thanks for the ideas. Oster, I don't get exactly the fantasy league team...so you want to partcipate in another website to create a fantasy team call it QNHL? Do you know a reasonably not expansive software we can buy and have our fantasy league on qnhl.com?

Julien, I will add more sections. I am still thinking of the timing and what subsectins to add...give suggestions please.

Ryan, I like the jerseys idea. But I should find some more sponsors for the site to finance it, or have some ads (no popus...i will never put them)...I will do some search on that, and let you know later.
Oh and for the food subsection, I will add it tonight.

For my suggestions, I just think that you can put a sub-section on each nhl team. SO we can speak there of the pplayers of the team or the rumors, etc. ( I think that there's enough some...but they are hard to find, I can't find them...)
But, I find the rest perfect!

I was thinking we could do it through Yahoo Sports.  They have a free fantasy hockey program that allows you to create your own seperate league and edit pretty much any setting of it.  Me and a few friends had our own league this past season, we had a lot of fun with it.

Just looking around google I found this fantasy hockey simulation program, if you wanted to run it totally free of any third party site. I think it's about 25 bucks.

I would also have a longer box for the lastest threads box, at the right of our screen on the main page. Ten would be better than five, so when if I miss one day or two, I could see what people talk about on the last days.

You could shrink it to 5 or 3 if you do not like this option. Personally, I found it really useful.

on www.sensnetwork.com there is a latest thread box around the bottom of the page that has 10 latest threads. I find that very useful.

(and if there is gonna be a free fantasy hockey league... I CALL OTTAWA)
