Ok guys, let me answer your suggestions.
Ryan, enjoy your food subsectoin. I called it Food talk, and it's under all purpose room.
Making the latest threads to 10 is useful, but I don't want to push all the boxes in the right column very low. I'll see what to do. I am planning of adding a left column to the main page, so I can have features seen high on it.
If the hat/t-shirt is costing about 10-15$ each, you coud have other thnig with 2000$ that would have a value of 30-35$ etc ... But for that, you have to find more sponsor, just as you say!
We can think of something like QNHL store, that you can buy stuff with your QNHL$. I personally think if you are a hockey fan, and you post regularly, you deserve something back from qnhl.com. You can think of it as an incentive, which is ok, since you need incentives to get motivated, which is logical. I am planning to keep this as long as possible (don't worry guys, it won't be stopped any time soon)...
Another reason is that it's only way I can reward the members who are spending their time posting (and their making qnhl grow), instead of alll the many visitors who just read but don't post.
I believe that we will grow more and more, and we will have more sponsors, and we can add more stuff too.
Eagle, who big your avatar has to be  ? I don't like when the avatar is half of the page

I'd say just make the avatars a bit bigger. I have a few that I have but are unfortunatly too small.
Oh yah.. Thanks for the Food Sub section... It's wicked...

Hmmm I think I will keep it like that to see if we can pass the message directly. It's more like a short ad rather than a press release. But thanks for reminding me about the press release, I will now check the other thread to see if we have something new there.
For those who wanted more latest threads, I just made them 7 instead of 5. 10 was too long. I think it looks ok like this. What do you guys think?
